Why is this beautiful girl in court?

A former Gambia Bird employee is accused of swindling millions of dalasi from a married man she secretly dated.

Reports are that she tricked the man into giving her D2.5m, which she spent on herself.  The case is now before a high court judge, and judgment is set for Friday (19th June).
